Your Account, Your Responsibility

We operate a "Your account, your responsibility" policy.
As the account owner, you are responsible for all actions carried out from that account while playing on any of our servers.
Therefore, claiming that someone else was using your account is not a valid excuse for breaking the Server Rules.
Second Hand Accounts

We will not - under any circumstances - unban gifted, pre-owned or otherwise handed down LFS accounts as it is impossible for us to identify the new owner of an account and the validity of any claims.
These bans will remain for their entire duration. The account's history will not be amended in any way.
We wholeheartedly discourage the use of pre-owned LFS licenses. Users should purchase their own license from the official Live For Speed Shop. This supports the LFS Developers and will enable you to have a "fresh" account with no associated background history. Please be advised that ban evasion will not be tolerated.
Types of Bans
Regular Bans
This is the most common type of ban. This is where an admin has manually banned you for breaking the Server Rules.
Copy and paste the below format into a New Thread in the Unban Requests forum. Ensure that your unban request contains all the necessary details and evidence.

Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban:
You may only submit one unban request per ban, unless your initial unban request was archived solely due to inactivity. Once your thread is posted, keep an eye out on any updates. Consider Subscribing to your thread.
Account Fraud Kicks (Code 1)

For account fraud (Code 1) kicks, enable Holiday Mode on [TC] World. Login to [TC] World > My Account to use this feature.
Holiday Mode will allow you to connect to our [TC] Gaming servers from another nominated country without issue.
If you do not have access to [TC] World yet, post a New Thread in the Server Administration Tasks forum. Please use your thread for any future issues of this kind. When you post, mention: the country you were in at the time of getting kicked, the previous country, and a very brief reason for the country change.
Money Abuse Bans

A money abuse ban is when your account balance drops to -5,000€. This could have been the result of: swearing, pitting outside the Safezone, getting fined by cops, etc. To get unbanned, you will need to create an unban request (use the format provided above).
- First Money Abuse Ban: We may grant unban requests immediately, if you understand and agree with the terms and conditions of any further money abuse bans.
- Second Money Abuse Ban: We will keep you banned for at least 30 days from the time of the ban itself. However, such cases will be looked into by [TC] CityDriving Management and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
- Subsequent Money Abuse Ban: These are very unlikely to be lifted.
CPW Bans

We will not manually unban for CPWs (Cheat Protection Warnings). You will have to wait until the CPW ban naturally ends - they typically last for only 12 hours. In very rare cases, you may receive the CPW erroneously. Make sure you reboot your PC before trying to re-join when the ban ends.
A CPW ban is issued by LFS automatically and could be due to one of the following reasons:
- A tweak or any other miscellaneous cheat/hack,
- A .vob mod,
- Any other recently installed program on your computer (e.g. a game overlay) which LFS could identify as an abnormality with the game.
Keeping the above in mind, our advice is to:
- Uninstall/delete any program which could've caused this CPW (depends on the program, only a reboot may be necessary),
- Restart your computer after the above point,
- Check for any viruses which could have triggered the CPW.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please keep in mind the server rule below:
