This comment was made while Krink was explaining themselves. You made no attempt to resolve the issue or even make a sensible comment back.

You caused accidents and failed to apologize.

Due to the above the current ban still stands.

Tips for resolving an issue in server:

Make contact with the other user in a respectable manner.
Example: Hi, (insert user here), it seems you may have rammed me. Care to explain why?

At this point it is up to the other user to respond in the same manner in which you have. If the users response happens to be: HA HA, SHHH, =) , Shut up Noob!, (insert curse/swear word here), HHHHhhhhHHHHhh!, or anything of these natures you may seek assistance (User Reporting) on the forums.
