Hello guys,
i have bought a new pc with GPU GTX-strix 970 4gb but DxDiag shows only 780mb gpu memory. Original program instaled with GPU says it has 4000mb... Where is the problem?
I have Win 7 Profesional

Try something else instead. ie http://www.cpuid.com/downloads/cpu-z/cpu-z_1.75-en.zip
Or Nvidia Control Panel...
I have read something that ther could be nonsense values in case of new graphic cards. this program you sent shows over 4gb of memory, so it is fine i think. Have to test it ingame. Ty Chuck
If you want to check open for example GTA V and go to your graphic settings, there appears the memory usuage / total memory
