- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: BarclayM69 was turning for an unknown reason, I was driving a little bit over the speedlimit (120KP/H), so I couldn't slow down that quick to avoid BarclayM69. I have choosen to overtake him because the was enough space.

You had a good few seconds to slow down to avoid overtaking, and the fact you were speeding is your fault.

If he had fined you for speeding (which would require a valid !laser) it'd have obviously been fine, but I don't really think you broke any other road law as such.

I'll issue a refund on this occasion.
