I got fined 300 because a cop won the chase because of a ram.

Thanks for the request, and apologies for the unusual delay in responding to it.

However, as to the validity of the actual request: there is none.

It was not a ram, more a well-timed PIT coupled with a touch of lag. However it was certainly not excessive in my opinion.
