Hi,

I agree that this is unfortunate, but we do not generally refund for accidents (as per the guidelines).

It seems in this case it was a pure misjudgment by the other cop and not intentional. If it was intentional, for example, you should submit a User Report instead.

However, as I cannot issue a refund and I don't believe any action on the cop is warranted (unless it keeps occurring, calling into question his ability to cop), then no action is required here.
