*‹[GRINCH]A[COP] aka sergey29 pulled me over for running a "red light" but when I approached it, it was an amber light right up until I was at the line. I drive from in car view so as I approached it was amber so I floored it but as my car passes the light turns red and he pings me for entering on red when I entered on amber.

In the replay you can see it turn amber from quite a distance, yet you decided it would be ok to speed up and go through the red light. In normal traffic conditions (real life) you may go through amber if you are not able to stop in time for the red light. In your case you had plenty of time to stop and you decided not to, hence the fine is in place.
