General Information:

RallyX will take place on Sunday 18th December @ 19:00 UTC & will be hosted on the [RDSR]RallyX server.

You are required to sign up to this event which has a maximum competitor limit of 24.

RallyX does not intend to imitate the real sport, the format and scoring system has been changed to suit our needs and make it easier to manage.

On The Day:

Once signed up, you'll be assigned a group which you will be able to see in this thread below. You must wear your specific tag to be identified easily in the server. The following tags will be used:
[A] Name
[B] Name
[C] Name

Practice Session:
Before each race a 6 minute open practice session for all groups will take place, this is time for you to adjust to the track and get warmed up. Once the practice session has ended the first group will be called to race and the rest will be spectated. The grid will be randomized.

Race:
Each group will race one at a time. The race will take approximately 8 minutes to complete. We will do this on 4 different layouts and the one with the most points at the end of it wins. Cash rewards for the top drivers.

Joker Lap:
*The 'Joker Lap' is a route which curves away from the actual circuit and requires some strategy to get it right. You can enter the Joker Lap on any lap you want (except for the last lap) - It is essentially a pitstop, but without the stopping for repairs. Strategic use of this route at the right time can be the difference between winning or losing a race. Take it wisely!

You MUST take the Joker Lap a minimum of once in the race - You will be given a DNF and no points will be awarded if you finish without taking a joker lap.

Rules:

If you sign up, turn up. If you cannot attend any races, please make sure you contact one of the event organisers prior to the event.
Please remain quiet when stewards are talking and follow their instructions at all times.
Minimal contact - This means there can be some general bashing, but any ramming will result in disqualification from that round, your points will not be recorded.
If your ping is higher than 0.20 you will be asked to leave the server so that it can continue free of lag. Car contact is likely.
Chat will be closed during the races, continuously talking in the chat will result in disqualification.
Purposely forcing other drivers into the joker lap entry point is forbidden.
If you crash/spin, be respectful of other racers and return to race speed safely. Avoid causing accidents see below rule.
