You cant really buy a "better" one in terms of quality, they are kinda all the same. I've also disassembled my wheel 3 days ago, took the fan apart, lubricated it, but later on it started doing the same thing as before, the bearings are dead. Just get a normal 60x15mm computer fan.
Ok, need computer fan? this 60mm it's computer fan

Noctua NF-A6x25 FLX (15€)

i am sure any T300 user will be big a fan of this guide
If you want quiet and reliable get the Noctua one. Get the cheapo one if you want to replace it again within a year or so.
-Fander Roxo 6015L (60x15) - [16,8 dB - 2300rpm] - 4€
-Noctua NF-A6x25 FLX (60x25) - [19,3 dB - 3000rpm] - 15€
-SilentiumPC Zephyr (60x15) - [17.9 dB - 2500rpm] - 2.5€
-Gelid Silent (60x15.5) - [24 dB - 3200rpm] - 4€
-AAB Cooling Fan 6 (60x15) - [22 dB - 2000rpm] - 1.6€

Well pick Noctua. but have 3-pin wire, T300 only 2-pin wire, Should cut/change 3-pin to 2-pin?
Course you can get better quality fans, go for noctua. It would probably out last 3 cheap ones while being a better performer.

your just blowing hot air
Oh, i thought you are only looking for one that is 60x15mm. But i guess you wouldnt have any problem with a 25mm wide one either.
i check t300 inside fan can be 25mm wide is fine lol
Why didn't you just send it back to Thrustmaster instead of voiding your warranty?
Out of warranty last month ago then got big issues fan now! lol. I don't care no need warranty if warranty replace be same orignal fan still is shit. I will buy noctua fan better quality and quiet than original fan thrustmaster.
Noctua is here!
