This server, in my point of view, is a cruise server, i'm wrong?
I was driving my old UF1 on autoban, when a problematic player tried to pass me to the right, i thought he knew the trafic rules, and i puted my car maximun to the right, but, he dind't knew the TR and hit on my car. if it was just it, I wouldn't come here, the problem is, i lost my trip, he didnt said sorry and afther that, he puted the blame on me...

Yes, you had to stay in the right lane for let other ppl pass you on right. You moved a bit hard, so maybe that user didn't expect that and hited you.

NOTE: In case that you have a problem, instead of saying "Pay pay pay pay pay", ask the user what had happen and try to solve it in a better way.

fact is than not all the tc players have drivers licence/knowledge of traffic rules..
and a portion of cruisers are used to drive on right so you have to expect wrong side overtakes (usualy keeping a steady course and easing off the gas is enough for the approaching driver to estimate your moves and pass safely)
and as boo said try chatting with the user next time.. and remember... it is a GAME...
