I realy like it. But I think only as a temporary object. For 1 Week or something like that. Like the big Tower which Chuck was buildet on some maps months ago. It was fun for some days and then gone when nobody realy care about anymore.

+1 but exactly what Brix said, more as a temporary fixture of no more than a few weeks. Brilliant idea but I don't see it having much use post-few weeks; I wouldn't want to see half the map parked in the building either
That being said, a rework for Blackwood is also in the works for me right now, and will pop up as the next installation in my layout series soon. Practical changes, and some stuff that may surprise you.. Keep eye out

It's just for diversity, and I have no problem when to use it
I see an issue with condensed part lag with that... LFS renders parts (particularly overlapping large concrete) badly when a ton of them are in close proximity (more so with several parts exposed and in view). Would make the FPS dip when you approach that building. But it's a better building than the first "cargo" one +1.

And get rid of that huge triangle, it looks like Simon Cowell's dog has gone all moonshine in the back alley
for last part if you think its have problem with FPS you can say chuck (if layout load it ) to remove it but i test it and dont see low FPS on it
