The context of the messages is the important part of these incidents.

In the report you're mentioning, it wasn't said in a malicious manner, the users knew each other and were joking.
When you told someone the same thing however, it wasn't by any means a joke.

As you've already attempted your Unban Request, and then later attempted your Unban Appeal, you cannot make a new thread Unban Request/Appeal yet.
Locking thread in case original admin wants to post before denying.
