Firstly Police cars do not have sponsors (stickers) plastered all over their cars ever. So remove them all.

Secondly, we also need to see the rear of the car.

Feel free to fix these issues and post some more screenshots.

The BMW X4 on that link is only for demonstration and to showoff the SUV itself, and the real BMW X4s used as police cars don't have any sponsors on it.

And take the pictures on singleplayer, hence the skin hasn't been approved it means that you can't wear it, even for taking pictures of it.

There is nothing to say you can't wear a skin without it being approved on the forums first.
Though, if you think it's questionable enough that it needs approval, it might be an idea to wait.

Its more efficient if he takes pics on SP or CMX Viewer.
There should be a rule so if it hasn't been approved then you shouldn't use it on the server, even if its only 2 seconds to take pics of it.
