17:35 - He is waving on the road. Doesn't move for police. While I pass him, He steer on me on purpose and damage my car.
19:05 - He is directly driving on [COP] Jonezki and [GLOW]Foloride[COP]. Damage their car.

In first timestamp it looks like he got angry because you were honking on him. However nothing can excuse his behavior here, it was unacceptable.
In seconds timestamp it looks for me like accident. Moment before the crash he started braking and tried to steer away. Also he apologized right after the accident. I really believe it wasn't done on purpose, he probably didn't pay attention to the road for a while and all that happend.
westervolvo received confirmable warning for failing to slow down for sirens and ramming.
Action has been taken as described
