Good Points: You initated chase well, with all needed binds. Your map awareness was quite good. Some of you PITs were very good and you were taking alternative route when you missed the turn.

Improvements: You called for backup right after you saw "failed to stop" message. You always should try to stop suspect yourself first, and then, when you see you are unable, call for backup.
You also spammed the !stop bind at beggining of chase. That wasn't really necessary. One or two times is enough.
At few occasions you made dangerous or uncalculated attempts to PIT, some of them resulting in your crashing into barrier and getting damage. Before you try to PIT your suspect, you always need to look ahead and think if it will be safe to do. Also make sure that PIT will be well calculated. At few occasions you didn't apply enough force and didn't even spin me as result.
Your braking wasn't also very good. As explained to you eariler in training session, downshifting gear by gear when braking will help you stop much faster. Few times you didn't slow down enough before corner and overshoot it, which might have caused a crash if it was happening on main server. Make sure you are entering corner with correct speed.
When approaching junctions, keep distance to your suspect, as he may do quick and unexpected move, like it happed in training.
You were overheating your tires quite quickly. The hotter your tires were, the harder it was for you control your car. You need to control your tires temperature (you can see it by clicking F9 in game). When you see your tires are getting hot, you need to be very careful with throttle to try and cool them down.

Notes: Practice your driving, take your time when performing any maneuver. Feel free to re-apply in 7 days if you want to take basic training again.
