Description of incident (inc date & time): 29th April 2018/ 11:40 PST
I started to chase him for speeding, his car was driving pretty weird. He would accelerate very quickly and his tires would be spinning constantly as he couldnt control the speed hacks power. At the end of the chase me and Kiwie confronted Nando to see if he was speed hacking. Kiwie asked him to go full throttle through all his gears but he tried to find his way around it and disconnected.
