Dear whom this concerns,

Details are as follows;

- My LFS Name: DazzaSazza (User) ›ClubFG™Dazza (Nick)
- Others LFS Name: DirtNastySidewayz (User) [cop]MADMIKE (Nick)

- Main Reason: I was driving along today (3/8/18 AEST) and I passed through a red light illegally, as per usual i get chased, i pull over for the police officer.
He then states the phrase "Hello sir, do you know why i pulled you over?"
He then tells me "u ran a red light salty boi" and immediately i approach him over this saying that i don't believe that i should be fined because i was offended and it was un-professional. I believe i deserve the refund because it was unprofessional the way that he had stated why i was pulled over with that degrading comment at the end of it. I also want some kind of action up against him, if you watch the replay to further, others in the community do not like the way he spoke to a fellow player.

1. In the server rules, there is a link called "Reporting Rule-Breakers and getting Help". Part of this documentation states the following:

Quote:Unless the offence is very serious, avoid getting an admin involved after filing a !report.

You did both, and I'm sure we can agree that this is certainly not a serious offence.

2. A requirement of the User Report Template is to give timestamps which you failed to do in your post.

3. "salty boi" isn't insulting and isn't actionable.

4. Being offended isn't grounds for a refund.
