Description of incident (inc date & time): 17/09/18 14:50 UK

I was driving around and came across 3 people who kept breaking road laws, so i followed for a short while, gave them tickets ect, and when we came onto the highway one guy was doing under 40 in the 100 and didnt speed up, so i pulled him over and ticketed for slow speed on highway, he argued that the web version of ticket list states only autobahn, but the ingame has highway, so i refunded to be called "mentally retarded" and "*Removed*". to stop flag multiple times, when others said thats out of ordered they argued and said stuff like "ass" they are not one bit sorry and i feel they have put a downer on my game time today :/ Hope the evidence is efficent.

Looking at your screenshots and chat history, you seemed to be following these users on Hw1 and continued fining them, however I can only find you issuing these fines.

This user was not very abusive towards you, only seemed frustrated that you had given him an invalid fine, and argued with you had been following them for 10 minutes. However this would require a replay to prove.

It really looks like he did not mean to be insulting you, and this a rather poor handling of a situation like this. When it comes to the 50€ fine, that is only valid on the AB, however it seems like the ingame text have not been updated yet. I will take this futher with the team.

I am not going to take any actions on this, this all seems like a hunt to punish someone you do not agree with, instantly saying "reported" is not the solution. This situation seems like it could been quite easily resolved.
