Hi in future, if you know you're travelling to a different country and will be wanting to access TC Servers it is highly recommended that you put your account into holiday mode (done via tcworld). This will exempt you from a code 1 ban set for that particular country and therefor allows you to play in another country without getting banned on entrance.
Your account has been unlocked and will be unbanned shortly.
