Description of incident (inc date & time): Incident took place today, suspect was supposed to be busted at that point. I didn't see the need of talking to him about such thing, IMO the best thing would be leaving a note on his URS so that this doesn't happen again

How come you didn't mention it to him while on the server? Sounds like it would save a lot of time for at least 2 people (you and me)

I've predicted that I'd get asked that so here's your answer:

He should be aware of the rule 6.5 now, but I'm that kind who likes to write down everything .

Maybe next time it would be useful to write things down in the in-game chat and try to solve it yourself
