Can you answer a few questions for me?
1; Has this account always belonged to you?
2; If this has always been your account, have you ever moved/connected from a different country?
Your ban is a Code 1 ban, which basically means at some point, this account has connected from a country, then later connected from a country different to the one that it was connected from Originally.
