Unfortunately its your account so your responsible for it. Perhaps you should take the proper needs to protect your LFS from your 'brother' getting on it again. Also, why are you just now making one of the worst unban requests and not 15days ago when your 'brother' was on?
he told me that he messed around with my computer and lfs "pissing of cops" so i figured its this server.. btw i like the way you treat me for not doing anything.. thanks.

Whoever was using your account was ramming and being rude to people and our servers.
I suggest you password protect your account, and if possible, LFS itself.
