I think so, but I could be wrong, you may have to wait for TruckersMP to be updated to support the DLC. I don't know how it works, try it I guess

Since we have a new DLC to play with that offers new challenges I want to ask you to challenge me and my friends.

Do you know any difficult small roads or turns or steep climbs to make with the new heavy weight trailer? Let me know and I would like to try them out!

Have you tried the icy roads in Iceland with Promods? That should be interesting and i intend to go there myself.
