I was involved in your banning process, and I would just like to inform you that your ban and subsequent length of the ban were not totally dependent on your wrongsiding on the autobahn incident.
They also revolve around the length and nature of your record on our servers, and this incident.

In addition to this, the ban was partially requested by Sinoco, another admin, for the wrong siding on the autobahn incident for which he has no replay, but I am afraid that given the nature of your previous wrong doings on the server, and this recent report incident, I'm more inclined to believe him.
Anything to say to that?
We were doing this for fun. I don't understand, why I have 1 year ban, when that second guy from video have only 14 days ban.
You rammed another user in incredibly dangerous places on the map at high speeds multiple times over and over again.
He was banned for a much shorter time than you because you were not banned solely for that incident, and your previous record on our servers is far worse than his is. You have a history of both of the main reasons for your ban as well, so you clearly haven't learnt from previous punishment taken for these offences.
