Signatures should be no larger than 500px (width) * 160px (height). Yours is slightly bigger in height, good job though.

All I do is take a screen from in-game using Lightshot to select the area. I save it and crop it until I have it where I want it. Then I make several layers and adjust exposure levels, saturation and vibrance. That is what makes the road textures look clear and more sharp. Nothing more than just a screenshot from in-game

I've also used tilt-shift in the background and on the road to make it look as though I've focused on the car.
