Finally fixed the Honda, so went out for a ride to my favorite place and brang the DSLR with me for a few pictures.

Blade, if you want to completely rule out ASR/ESP or whatever it's called now, either pull the fuse for the system or disconnect an ABS sensor and try the acceleration test again.
Does anyone want to come clean the Passat for me?

Bring it up to me, I love cleaning and polishing cars.

In other news, I got rid of my Clio, and bought a Corsa Laugh

Our mk2 Skoda Octavia with the 2.0 TDI does that when you plant the throttle in 2nd gear and the wheels starts losing traction. It feels bumpy and can be described like 'hopping'.

Correct, my mk3 VRS has ESP and it does attempt to wheelspin, however, when I was test driving my mums MK2 vrs which has ASR not ESP like my MK3. I find ASR more effective as it allows limited slip and doesn't cut the throttle too much that you like power

Tint is on car Biggrin
Not bad Jim Smile

Meanwhile, installed the new parts to the Honda....

Also, it seems i got our "new" car in the photo too... Its a Dodge Ramvan with a 3,9 litre 6cyl engine Smile
It just needs some welding done, and couple of other fixes to get a MOT for it.
Thanks Toni, 0% is not bad at all on a tank car Biggrin
Is that really 0%? or is European standard different. That looks more equivalent to 20% to me. But I could be wrong. Wheels to take place of the steelies are currently in the works. The steelies can't put the power down and I'm too broke for 18x8 cups still so need something temporarily 18x9.0 ET 52 Audi TT wheels. Shouldn't look too bad.
You can se even outside, only if you are far away you can se inside not that much at all

Last pic.
Starting to look alright Jimmy.
Thanks, next step is change regplate to LEDs and plates Smile
Indeed, that actually doesn't look that bad anymore.
Thanks, Not sure if i am gonna remove volvo name on trunk and 945 2.3l mark should look nice without it getting 18" alloys next year i have said it before to
Protip: Never calculate the amount of money you've spent on car parts for a build.

The original car ('91 Civic 1.5i SOHC sedan) would've cost perhaps ~1000€ (similar number in USD, or a bit over £700 in the UK.)

The amount of parts bought by both ME and the PREVIOUS owner would be closer to 7000€. (That is roughly 7500$ or £5000!!!)

And the best part is there will be more money spent on it in the future. Much more money.
I actually like the look of it... What is coming up, I am actually eager to know hehe..
