Got stance?
Moving the bushings from my old control arms to the new ones.
Woop.
Dad joined me in the wrenching as well.
Random shot. Here's how it looks at the time of writing.
One of the bushings broke during removal so I had to buy a new one today... Going to install it right about now.
#stance (Not really tbh, but getting there. I'll have to pass MOT and see how it rides first, then decide if it can get lower.)
I really like the Mk1 Caddy... The seats look good as well!
I managed to wash the Civic today as well, and then LOOK WHO'S HERE. Does anyone remember this white knight in the background?
seats are really more comfortable than the normal cl models :'D they need some little re fabricating but allthougly they are good
Looks nice all!
Adding stright pipe soon going remove all mufflers exept katalysator
those are cheap ones.. lol if i had big money id be buying nitrons
Evo coilovers are usually pretty expensive anyway... Because they have to exceed the already excellent stock suspension
Those are still under a 1000€ so it's pretty reasonable.
Even my BC Racing V1's would've cost over 800€ brand new.
Any decent coilovers will cost you money, teins and d2 avoid though
Heard good things about bc
I've got bc er on my wrx and they seem to be pretty nice on the track, maybe a little harsh/stiff on the roads though. i think its just the s#!t roads we have here though.
Over here we have racelands/rokkors for $400-$500 shipped. They have pretty stiff rides but will get you low. I'm going either ST or KW on my golf.
In other news trailer is finally ready to rock!
Hey guys!
I managed to come up with a temporary solution while i wait for the streetfighter headlight from Ebay, so i bought new forks for it, new wheelbolt, and a temporary headlight, hard to think it's the same bike aha, although i still like the old look of it alot more, to bad i crashed it in a fiesta aha
NOTE: The crash happend 02.06.2015 (one month ago)
Just after the crash:
About a week later (I removed the bent forks and bought a temporary headlight for it)
And about another week after that (I had just installed the new forks and fitted the brake calipper back, had no speedo, mirrors, indecators, no nothing in the front but could'nt wait to drive it hehe)
And then one day after the last pic (headlight fitted and wires connected)
it took me about 3 weeks after i wrecked it to make it drivable and legal, i'm proud of that
Nice to hear, congratulations! Ride safely.
