Cant stand the bluecreens anymore. Must be the SSD so I want to update the firmware, but I have windows installed on it so I got no clue how.

I thought it was possible to update the firmware with windows running on it but when I went to OCZ's website to download their tool this is what it says:

"OCZ Toolbox (Firmware Updater) Firmware Update v2.15 Windows Vista / Windows Vista 64 / Windows 7
*CURRENT FIRMWARE RELEASE is v2.15

Updating the firmware from the toolbox is not supported when Windows is running off the drive you are trying to update."

So yeah, wondering what I can do
The firmware update guide on that page says to follow this:

ProTip: RTFM Wink
It would acctually be easier to sell used lollipop sticks and then let the money build up until I can buy a anoter SSD drive Tongue

Whats RTFM? Mellow
It means read the ...manual Tongue
Manual was as much useless, only talk about warranty.

Cant I like install Windows on an extra HDD that I have and then boot from it and then update firmware on the SSD?
Okay followed that guide now. Got a new fresh version firmware installed now Smile Hope the bluescreens will end.
