RE: Something New You've Got... - Cola - 2014-05-13 15:57

I've been through the HTC Tattoo, Wildfire, LG Optimus 2X and now I've got the Huawei Ascend P2. All have had their problem. The two first was too slow to do anything, the LG had bugs and random crashes all the time, and the Huawei has a crappy UI overlay that slows everything down. Also performs incredibly bad. Although it has been the most stable of the phones I've had.
Even though I never thought I'd say this, I'm probably ending up with an iPhone at some point. Not the newest one though, as that's too overpriced. But when iPhone 6 or 6S is on sale, the 5S should be worth looking into.

The 5S is still pretty buggy. Out of the 80 apps on my phone, only two are really optimized for the new architecture (Moves and GarageBand).

Anyway, to stay on topic:
Trying out a new hair product, so far it's way stronger than my previous pomade. (Click to View)

Got a new pair of headphones: The Monoprice 9927's. Very cheap, and really good sound for the money. Do a search on Head-fi.org for the old version: Monoprice 8320. There's a 275-page thread about them there.

Also got a replacement keyboard for one of the Dell's:

Very nice G19s! I have the G510s which I'm really happy with. I'd love the G19s though. Less G-buttons and a larger screen would be mad. Thumbup1 Biggrin

For that money I would've personally gone with a Ducky, but I doubt you'll be dissapointed with that one either W00t

Hah, I did a review of them a year ago here.

Oh that's very nice, Zipppy!
I understand your points in your review, I'm a little dissapointed by comfort though. They really have to be positioned in a strange way, in order to completely block out other sound.

Oh and I got these the other day.

Thumbs up for the Kimi shirt! Biggrin

My car is going to be sexy! Got a pair of black leggings to cover up the heater-intake holes (so less dirt goes in). And also a new CV joint. Oh, right, also booked 2 laps at the Nurburgring next month, together with a sticker.

RE: Something New You've Got... - Paul - 2014-05-19 14:54

Johan.. you actually did it?

Now I'll get my gf a new pair of leggings then!

Even if the iphone 6 comes out you'd have to be quick on getting a 5s, otherwise you'll be stuck with one of the useless 8gb models.

RE: Something New You've Got... - Cola - 2014-05-19 20:52

Hmmm, afaik the 5S was never made smaller than 16GB, only the 5C is.
