Why is the limit so high. Kyoto should be 260kmh then.

75mph is the limit, meaning the maximum speed you can reach before it becomes illegal. Lots of roads are like that in real life. Although Mr.AD did make a good point about not making as much money from that section, but its like 100m long.

I agree but we want the limit that was set for that specific area. Changing it from 80 to 120 is kind of too much.
