You shouldn't feel that way man, there's no way that you competing in the Gumball can affect anybody elses experience negatively unless you intentionally do something to achieve that. Team participation isn't required, you can still sign up and compete alone if you feel that would be more comfortable for you!
End of the day, it's all about having a good time and I think it's safe to say that most people find the Gumball one of the most enjoyable times of the year on [TC], I know that's the case for me these days.

There are just under 2 weeks remaining until team signups open. There has been very little discussion regarding teams and that's quite underwhelming given how successful they were last year.
Here are last year's team standings, hopefully that will give you some inspiration when it comes to joining/starting a team.

Probably but the lack of discussion makes me think there will be fewer teams this year.

I am sure one of the problems is that their are still a couple things unannounced. Fair enough it is hard to pick a track this year as not many have S3 and Westhill was used last year but if their was more announced you would find more activity because people can work out if they want to join or not depending on the track.

You don't need to be a genius to work out that we won't be running it on Rockingham. That server hasn't had more than 25 connections on it since it first went online and since it's the only piece of new content in S3 at the moment it would be crazy to run it there.
The track will be announced soon.
What are the 'other things' that haven't been announced yet?

There isn't "a couple" I made a mistake there and i realised that it wouldn't be at Rockingham because not very many people have it so it would be a very unpopular decision with the TC community, I was just giving Rockingham as an example of why it would be hard to pick the track.

There are still 3 server one warm up party tickets and opening night tickets. If a team of 3 wants to take these or an existing team wants to add a member or two, let me know.
There are 40 warm up party tickets and opening night tickets available for server two so unless these are claimed by teams, they will all be available for individual purchase.
