I've always loved Converse Allstars! Now I finally bought them myself..

Also, I was in Beglium yesterday (Turnhout) and I had to get this next to my Wonder tree ( In german obviously from the ring)

Nice Lens Spark Smile

Is it a macro lens by any chance? With the distortion it looks almost like a Fish eye as well Tongue

RE: Something New You've Got... - Marty - 2015-02-15 18:18

It is a 135 mm f2.8 lens, as far as I know, that is a normal telezoomlens.
The destortion is caused I believe because the lens elements are further away from eachother.
A Fisheye has a very wide angle lens, this is a very narrow angled lens.

The reason why I thought it wasn't a zoom lens is because theirs nothing saying the minimum mm. Only 135mm leading to a fixed aperture.

Looks snazzy either way Biggrin

It is a fixed focal length lens, you're totally right!
But that doesnt automatically mean it's a macrolens Smile
Often a fixed focal length is used to be able to get a lower minimum aperture lens. Smile
