Yes Forza 4 Is probably one of the best Xbox racing simulators. I really wish they would release it for PC! I've please Forza 4, but sadly looking at that video above. It really looks shite.

RE: Forza Horizon - Ras - 2012-10-09 20:41

Just tried the demo. It's actually as i expected, so that's quite good. Nice physics for such a game and the environment seems really cool, although its a very small part you get to try in the demo. Almost like a track with a few side roads, so cant wait for the full map.

RE: Forza Horizon - Formula - 2012-10-25 16:08

Hopefully I'll be getting this game Tongue Anyone else got an Xbox and are getting this game?

RE: Forza Horizon - Ras - 2012-10-25 17:27

Well, me Tongue

RE: Forza Horizon - Zipppy - 2012-10-25 17:58

I would If I didn't have such a lot of things to buy first...

RE: Forza Horizon - Tommer - 2012-10-25 18:00

I've been a little daunted by Forza and the xbox world, I thought the trolls and kids on xbox were limited to games like CoD etc but I keep running into YouTube videos typically named something like 'forza trolling' etc of basically these troll kids purposely crashing into people to gain a reaction and honestly that kind of community can just ruin a game if nobody is playing to well... play a racing simulator..

RE: Forza Horizon - Formula - 2012-10-26 17:02

Well, got the game today and I was a bit disappointed to be honest. I thought there would be open world multiplayer where people just cruise about with other drivers online. But in fact there's no such thing. There's only single player mode where you can cruise about. For multiplayer mode, it's just the usual Forza Multiplayer Modes where there's races and playgrounds. No online cruise like Test Drive Unlimited Sad

RE: Forza Horizon - Tom - 2012-10-26 18:54

already got it Smile amazing game to play Ohmy

RE: Forza Horizon - Mikee - 2012-10-26 19:21

Formula, not from the videos I've seen. People are cruising about with there friends.

RE: Forza Horizon - Formula - 2012-10-26 20:32

Great Tongue I found the online free roam thingy, it's in Multiplayer Mode > Find Custom Game > Free Roam! Voila!

RE: Forza Horizon - Zipppy - 2012-10-29 18:31

Feel like getting this game, but if only a Gold membership didn't cost so much...

RE: Forza Horizon - Speed - 2012-11-01 16:04

It's good, but not "gotta get a 360 for it" good. If you are planning on getting Forza 4 though, that IMO is worth getting a 360 for. Smile

RE: Forza Horizon - Blade3562 - 2012-11-07 18:03

I almost bought an Xbox for this game, but it's not worth it, just another attempt at TDU style gaming that failed.

RE: Forza Horizon - Johan. - 2012-11-07 22:07

Well, TDU was a pretty nice game. TDU2 on the other hand, flop'd quite a bit imo.

TDU2 was ok free roam wise for my PS3, I didn't buy it on PC. The racing though got annoying, and they forced you to do certain events yo udidn't have freedom like TDU but it was still a game better then Little Kids Need For Speed where we steer for you.

RE: Forza Horizon - Nipper - 2012-11-27 17:36

Forza 4 + Horizon both have a "one button driving" feature for total noobs, you just hold the accelerator and the game will moderate the throttle for you, heavily assist you in the steering (to the point where you could just leave it alone), and brake for you, all while you effectively hold the throttle wide open. No NFS is _that_ easy. You won't be fast though, probably quick enough to beat AI on easy. Theoretically, an elastic band could be a Horizon Champion.

Ofcourse, you have to turn them all on, but it's always best to turn off as much as you can.

Anyway, the real reason I came to this thread was to share some pictures I have taken during my travels in Colorado. (Click to View)
