Just got busted and fined just up under $700 for it.
One second after I tryed to cross the road, but didn't pay enough
attention to the guy coming against me. I made an accident with svergie2 which was totally my fault and i complained several times (even got fined for spamming two times for it..). Then Sean[COP] desided to chase me again for it and I stopped right away. I were expecting a fine, but no were near 300 as I appoligized to svergie2 and had just payed a fine of 700.

I feel a bit taken use of, and I don't feel like there were any reason to give me the highest fine. Sean didn't seem to care at all. After all, the more he gives me in fine, the more he gets.

He sent 150$ to svergie2 after he got payed, but I could have taken care of that my self as I am a fair player.

I know this is kind of stupid to post a thread about, but it really annoyed me alot and Sean didn't care at all.

Thanks for looking into it.

Hi,

I think it needs to be remembered that the 700E chase (for which Sean received only 35E) and the "Causing an Accident" chase were completely separate incidents.

I appreciate that you did apologise to the user, but I think Sean was fair on this occasion -- the crash was on the highest speed section of the circuit where it should be easy to see approaching cars.

Of course if you had typed "!sorry", giving compensation to the user you hit, and Sean had then fined you, that's another story...
However I've looked through the logs and can't see that you did, so I can't see too much of an issue here.

Thanks for the report anyhow. Any further conversations please speak to me via PM.
