● Description of incident (inc Date & Time) User interfered our chase, failed to move for sirens an overtaked us. Caused a big crash didn't apologise just laughed. The crash ruined my steering completely.

That user has gotten quite a bad history for it and shows no intention to change his behaviour. He will be gone for a while.
