Had he apologised immediately after causing the accident, I obviously would have let the matter be, but since he failed to apologise - I feel this report is in order. I have looked at his driver stats, and he has 86 playing hours in which I believe he should have read the rules by. NOTE: Having watched the replay a few times, it looked like I waited for him to come because I was driving so slowly (I think I was just adjusting something), which is not the case, it was just coincidence.
