A lot of the time it's better to do that than to limit yourself to one admin (PMing them the replay), and sometimes alt tabbing to on the server to check a personal report isn't the best thing to do, as even more rule breaks happen and go unnoticed. I watched the replay, and can confirm you were in a chase (logs checked), and that he failed to offer any form of apology. Due to some history of this, he will receive a ban of ten days. Thanks.
