Whilst I was parked up, this user rammed me for no apparent reason. By the time I went to check the replay and go back to the main server, I could not confront the user because he had disconnected - clearly hasn't learnt from his history.

maybe his ps3 pad disconnected when that happens to me the pedal positions freeze?

I'll give him a small ban for crashing into you and not saying any apologise. If his pad was disconnected, he couldn't have the possibility to use his clutch and throttle immediately after the crash...
If that wasn't done on purpose, why didn't he write something ?
