You require a valid [COP] licence in order to take training. Your licence is currently revoked. To gain a licence, you need to pass a multiple-choice exam.
To start the exam, please enter a [TC] CityDriving server:
- Head to a Safe Zone and click the HOME button, then click "Licenses".
- Click "Sign Up" next to the [COP] licence
- You will be asked to confirm (it will cost €2500). Click OK
- Follow the link shown in chat, or enter the unique code here.
- Read the instructions at the top of the exam carefully.
Note: If you fail the exam, you will have to wait a minimum of 7 days before trying again.

Well to regain your cop rights you will need to retake and pass the COP test and after that, PASS practical training.
I will ask whether it is Basic only or both Basic & Advanced training to regain your rights.

As Connor has stated, you need to pass basic training (which is what you have applied for) to regain your cop rights back as well as your licence, you need to retake the cop test (as far as I am aware) too.
Meanwhile you are not allowed to be trained until this date 2014-07-03 20:10:24.

Yes, this application will stay open until you do your training. For now the Application is put into pending as you are not eligible to be training until the date stated in the administration message.

I see that your license is revoked so you will need to retake the COP test and pass to obtain your license again to be eligible for training.

I'm pretty sure, as far as I'm aware, you will need to pass the COP test again to take practical training and your license is revoked and considered redundant.
