Unban request for Reacerr (Fcvschagen) (Ban Ended) - Reacerr - 2014-08-05 10:11

Dear Admins and othere readers,

Today I was driving the gumball like I used to do and there was a guy who fully hit me on the straight road (you saw him aiming for me on the wrong side tho). I almost lost my trip becuase of that.
Than I returned to the pitlane to repair my car, unlucky, there was that guy who crashed me now doing 20 km/h on the middle of the road. Anyway, I smashed into him and Ash saw this happening.
First I received a €200 fine, after that I apoligized about the situation. Than he decided to ban me for 5 days I apoligized and told him that it would never happen again (something like this didn't happend before so i'm not here to crash or something).
Anyways I now got this ban while i'm a normal driver who doesn't make any further troubles, why can't it just be a warning and an immidiately ban?

5) Here is the actual list of events:
  • The user who hit into you on Highway One actually had a damaged car and was trying to keep control of it, but unfortunately ended up on the wrong side of the road. As soon as this happened, you was coming towards him, where he immediately attempted to evade your path. Unfortunately you hit into him.
  • He instantly apologized to you, to which you replied:

  • The person who crashed into you then makes their way to pits, as well as you do about 20 seconds later.
  • Bearing in mind, this persons car is very damaged right now so they drove at a reasonable speed upto the pitlane.
  • You smash straight into him. At this time, I was parked in the hashed area with another user I pulled over, so to me it looks as if you may have slid of the grass and accidently hit into him. Therefore I chase you and pull you over.
  • As soon as I select "Causing an accident" from the fines list, you reply with the following:

  • You claimed you did not see the guy entering the pitlane. So I went back and checked the replay for a third time. He was in your line of sight for the whole journey from you crashing and then making your way into the pitlane. I did notice however when you was passed the entrance to the pitlane slip road, you let off the accelerator for one second, before instantly flooring it again into this user. So I cannot see how you could have even not seen him, even if you had been going 500mph.

So, from my evidence I have just posted, I will not be granting an unban request.

However, if you feel my actions I have taken against you are wrong, please let me know if you would like a leader to take a look at this. Im sure they will be more than happy to give an unbiased opion.

0. I didn't know about that, and thanks for moving it to the right topic for me.

1. Well, he didn't slide off to the wrong lane. He was just driving there.

2. I don't want to complain about such a stupid small thing.

3. I am very sorry about the situation though we were both not right.

4. I havent seen him becuase I was getting an SMS message on my mobile phone which I had my eyes on.

5. It's sad that you don't want to give me a second chance since I am very sorry for it and that I will have my eyes on the screen next time. It's my holiday and I wanted to finish this Gumball event atleast in the top50 but thats gone now.

6. I think that people who've done such thing should be warned on the first place, and if it happens again he should be banned.

Have a nice ride and thanks for this useless ban (don't tell me that it's helpfull, for what should it be usefull to ban me for 5 days? My opinion and mind will not be different in 5 days)

Ash was probably a little bit busy in real life to respond to you, but with that being said, your ban has now expired.
