Basic Training - Dj32456y - Connor - 2014-08-12 13:23

Training Information:

Took place on: 11/8/14

Trainer(s) Present: Connor [T], Daniel [AS], Polete [AS]

Assistance Present: Louis [CA], Olli [CA], TigR [CA]

Lead Trainer: Connor [T]

Good Points:

Your PITs were very good, especially the first PIT in corner, it was perfectly executed. Your awareness of the suspect was very good as well, in the first stages of the chase you followed your suspect's every move, blocking him wherever he went. Most notably was your blocking of his U turns, you were always one step ahead of the suspect, which is what we expect from all COPs on the server.

Your throttle and brake control improved as the chase went on, this may have been affected by the gamepad you use. Just try to work around that problem and find the best line into corners. However, your gearing was pretty good, your clutch stayed at an optimum temperature.

Improvements:

Work on your use of binds, you need to remember where they are as there were a few unnecessary binds in the middle of the chase.

Some of your PITs were too light, work on finding a better angle to get the full impact on your suspect.

Your reactions may need a little improving but they were adequate enough to stay with the suspect. You were also a little too cautious and didn't take the easy opportunities to PIT your suspect, be more harsh or your chases will go on forever!

Some of your throttle work heated your tyres too much, this may have been the set, but just be sure and work a little on keeping the tyres at optimum temperature. Towards the end, your tyres were brown in colour, had TigR gone at full speed for the whole chase, you may well have lost him.

Overall it is a borderline pass, be sure to brush up on the few mistakes you made.

Authorized by Saphira.

Notes: Feel free to sign up for Advanced training as there is a possible session this weekend.
