basic training - danlevy91 - Connor - 2014-09-10 18:54

Training Information:

Took place on: 7/9/14

Trainer(s) Present: Connor [T]

Assistance Present: UC [CA], Olli [CA]

Lead Trainer: Connor [T]

Good Points:

First of all, taking into account that this was, on record, your first ever training session you did very well indeed and showed a lot of great potential. During the manoeuvres before the final chase, you picked them up very quickly which was very promising for such a new trainee.

Your general car control was good, you kept up with the suspect for the majority of the chase. You correctly anticipated the suspect's moves, your subsequent actions gave you the upper hand a number of times.

The manoeuvres that you did eventually perform, namely the PITs, were of a high standard. You showed yourself to be a very safe cop, maybe even a little too safe at times. This will, however, improve with experience copping on the servers, you have all the makings and tools of a very good cop, you just need to get that experience to further those abilities.

Improvements:

You may not have performed as many manoeuvres as I would have liked, there were times where the opportunity for a PIT was wide open and you didn't take it quick enough, allowing the suspect to brake check you. I will take into account, however, your quick thinking and reactions in these sudden situations.

Authorised by Luke.

Notes: Feel free to apply for Advanced training!
