What would it be for people with gmt -5? also is the servers down I can't find them and teamspeak isn't working either

19:00 GMT+1 (as displayed in the image in the OP) = 18:00 GMT+0 | 17:00 GMT-1 | 16:00 GMT-2 | 15:00 GMT-3 | 14:00 GMT-4 | 13:00 GMT-5
