1) Download the recommended siren pack (http://www.city-driving.co.uk/downloads)
2) Extract the .rar file using winRAR (http://winrar.soft32.com/free-download?gclid=CLiuiNeR564CFUEMfAod5kYTkQ)
3) Backup HORN4.wav & HORN5.wav in lfs/data/sound
4) Copy and replace the old files with the new files inside data/sound

He want's Ras' siren, not the TC pack.
