Sorry, but that doesn't look right...the only lights I know that work are 240sx / 180sx lights, anything else looks just as your example shown...and also, what's up with those extra exhausts? Mate, I am not being hateful now, but this reminds me of some ricer fanboy.

And they look ridiculously bad. The only taillights that look good on FZ5 are 180sx/240sx. Added textures like lights make your skin look hipster, clearly not a thing that was fancy in the drift community which by far has the best skinners and the best skins.

Toni, I do believe there is a fine boundary when it comes to skinning. There are things that look good and work great, but let's be honest, having extra exhaust textures is a bit too much, isn't it? That's worse than having tribal textures on your car like those USA ricers who drive Civics, Acuras and what not Biggrin

. Not to mention sticker bombs!

It is because (as I mentioned previously) there's a fine line which shouldn't be crossed! When you >>>>overdo<<<< something it looks like someone really, really had nothing better to do than just make an actual nice car looking like crap, and not single one of us really wants to see that.. :/

Yes, there is a boundary, but i dont really get why having extra exhaust textures is a bit much? It´s a replica skinkit for christs sake, ofc Borja wants to make it fully replicated as good as he can.

Of course he can remove the textures too, but it wouldnt be the same car then Smile

And to be fair, Borja is just starting out, he cant know whats good and whats bad yet, as good as the more professional skinners do.

Lets finish it , and keep clean the thread clean.

I wanted a replica of it , and replica means: "Exact copy of an artwork" , so if it have 32 exhaust , i will add them Smile .

Good comments , or constructive comments are accepted , but some others like "And they look ridiculously bad." no , because this doesn't help in any way.
You can say " i dont like it " and a constructive comment , but things like this one ,...
I'm skinning since 2 months , cant have the same experience of Toni(for ex.).
I think that Toni,Spark,Pipa,Aj , and all other the skinners only want to make the best they can , dont want to be the best skinner.

So well , happy skin , and enjoy the game !

Worked a bit on it today. I got the real indicator sound and the reverse chime (via bind on the gearbox).

Yes mate, like Borja said...I edited the light bar, grille lights, dash light and wing mirror lights in using Photoshop. It would however be really cool if there was to be a .dds file out there that enables you to have a working light bar! I'm sure many would appreciate it greatly.

Possible if LFS was recoded so that multiple dds files can be used on one part of the car and can be enabled when in a chase.

I dont hope this happen , because all have to have the same dds files , so you cant have another extra than others. Should came with lfs...
