RE: Report: Tammenterho - Dracula - 2015-03-17 08:57  Hello, After reviewing the replay multiple times, I do not personally believe that Oscar tried to avoid any high fines, I think it was just a misunderstanding, but he however did still break Rule 3.1 by disconnecting during the chase and will receive a warning for it.
