13th best time in the world, fun stage, still maintain the pace notes are utter rubbish on some stages. These cars are so much fun.

Edit: Anyone got any ideas as to why its juddery at points? Using Shadowplay and WMM to render.

As for the stuttering, I'm not sure. You could try using OBS to record. I found an awesome video showing how set it up properly. I haven't used shadowplay before, if you don't find a fix, give OBS a go or try rending in something like Vegas or Premier Pro Smile

At a guess, the stuttering could be your bitrate?

I'll give that a shot Renegade, and I'll try up the bitrate as well Nismo, thank you both!

Was interested to see what it would be like with a setup, so downloaded a general loose gravel one from the workshop and although it had a little understeer I went 10 seconds quicker, now in 3rd place on the leader board with 6:01.352. I think I could go quicker with a setup more suited to me and if I bother to learn the track.

Shikari, the best way to get a setup is make one yourself. the reason i am so slow is because i cant be bothered to make one for myself.

3rd place in the world now, this time with a setup, much better over the bumps. Think it helped that I had a previous run through the stage knowing the parts that can catch you out.

@ Johan - Yeah I drive in this view (the dashboard one), currently using an old 19 inch tv with 50hz, so gets quite blury and hard to see when you get on the bumpy parts

@ k_badam - I'm to lazy to learn/experiment with setups, normally go with just the default ones or ones I can find as I don't know the correct info behind some of the settings

there is a great guide for setup making in the lfs manual. I have no idea if setup making in Dirt Rally is similar to LFS but it is worth giving it a try

Yeah its fairly similar k_badam.

@ Shikari, not bad not bad. I drive G27 + Hshifter and clutch in helmet cam, pretty tough lol. All aids off and currently dashing through the snow in Sweden

Couldn't resist another shot and well, just knocked another two seconds of my time, didn't record it as I made silly mistakes and they annoyed me a lot.

Some hacker has just put them-self into first place with a 5:05.XX
Just did a 5:55.XX, 2nd place now, used the Ibiza on a stock set.

Just beat my time by 5 seconds, hacker is still first on the leaderboard but I'm first without cheating.

I'm not sure Nismo, I just use the in-game ones at the end of the stage

Edit: I know this time is beatable, cut out the mistakes and get a decent setups and you could knock a few seconds off for sure.
