Ill admit that Weston Park brings out some anger in me at times when chasing (LFS never really has). In reality, its my fault that sometimes I cant drive there. lol Learning the track is what we all need to do. There arent as many people that play as cops because you get frustrated at first. Everything takes practice. Play as cop and learn. You cant win them all.

Ill give a +1 to whoever suggested making the roads visable on the mini-map. Take that one to http://www.lfs.net

The limit suits the roads (assuming you mean speedlimit) pretty realistically. Compared to the U.S. anyways.

And you can't really cruise there as it has 0 intersections.

0 intersections? Are you talking about the old Westhill?

Exactly this. No need to change the current track rotation schedule as it has been like this forever and works perfectly fine.

+1 For KooKoo´s idea , i really dont like the Track.

RE: Shorten the rotation - Petsu - 2015-06-21 23:10

If you don't like the narrow roads of Westhill, why not try the best track there has ever been? Wink All this whining just because you can't win chases that easily as a cop as you normally would lol come on

RE: Shorten the rotation - KooKoo - 2015-06-21 23:14

The point of the suggestion is not for cops only, it's mainly just to reduce the duration of each track being on [TC].

RE: Shorten the rotation - Ph4nToM - 2015-06-22 03:56

Westhill seems to be popular actually, there's at least 15+ people on 24/7 compare to most tracks. I think 2 weeks for everything other than blackwood is fine.

RE: Shorten the rotation - Bez - 2015-06-22 07:08

As Phantom said, Westhill is our most popular track, with Kyoto coming in very closely behind.

I agree that Westhill is hard to chase people on, with its sharp sudden bends, small roads and with all the offroad bits it can be a bit of a mess at times.

For someone who plays every day of the week, I can see how it would become a bore. But why would we reduce a schedule that allows all players can get their fair share of the current track?

Already Discussed:

It already lead to the creation of the Fixed track rotation. Is there really something else to discuss about this? 2 Weeks is pretty fine for casual players. If you decide to spend most of your days playing LFS you might get bored but as Stunna said, go outside and have some fun. Play other games, go socialise. Have a life.

Or have 27 kids.

RE: Shorten the rotation - KooKoo - 2015-06-22 15:03

Yeah I'll have 27 kids, thanks sebas but your comment didn't help.

I'm sorry if you feel my comment was rude. These topics come back on a regular basis and we discuss them every time. It mostly comes to the same conclusion every time. There's a search feature on the forums and a quick search with the term "rotation" proved very effective to find the topics provided in my answer. I've got nothing against discussing new ideas for TC but you should at least do a minimum on your side before proposing something.

You're not allowed to post on old threads.

I don't think he meant you to post in them, he meant that you should see if the topic has already been discussed about. Usually these kinds of suggestions have the same replies.

RE: Shorten the rotation - KooKoo - 2015-06-22 19:45

Yes I know but I don't think they concern the new westhill aswell and I also want to share my opinion.

RE: Shorten the rotation - Juntu - 2015-06-22 21:22

These things never work out KooKoo, face it. The track rotation is what it is for a reason and has been discussed many times as Sebas correctly put it without being "rude" at all.

Stunna also has a point: If you dont like the track, dont play as much and wait for the change in 2 weeks. Its actually nice to keep a little pause from a game once in a while.

No from me as it works fine as it is. I actually like WE and i'd want it to be on for 3 weeks, as it is A CHALLENGE non like the tracks we have driven a thousand times and know every possible route/corner and each tiny piece of sand.
