Since I've now been provided with more evidence I've come to the following conclusion.

Bay40K: Will also receive a short ban for blatant ramming. You're both equal to blame for what took place on server One earlier today. Thus, I think it's fair that both of you will be issued with the same punishment.

Action has been taken as described.
