Description of incident (31.07; 1335 cest):
quite messy chase beforehand, lots of brakechecks,often ww, hit me head on ww(apologized tho). resulted in following chat:

FYI - If someone breakchecks, they have no right to blame you for anything. It's not something we can take action on unless it's excessive and causing major issues.
Shino is well known for a childish attitude and I actually warned him recently to be careful about what he says since his reactions go OTT. In this case, it was certainly uncalled for, and it is not acceptable. He will receive a short ban for such comments. Just to remind him that we do not tolerate since his last attitude related ban was quite some time ago now.
Action has been taken as described.
